• Develop and execute the company's overall go-to-market strategy. • Define brand positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation. • Build scalable demand generation initiatives that support revenue growth. • Align marketing efforts with company objectives and long-term business goals. • Own marketing pipeline generation and performance metrics. • Develop strategies across outbound, content, paid media, partnerships, and events. • Create scalable lead generation systems that consistently produce qualified opportunities. • Monitor marketing performance and optimize initiatives based on measurable business outcomes. • Define the company's voice and market positioning. • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, case studies, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership assets. • Ensure consistent messaging across every customer touchpoint. • Design and implement AI-powered workflows that improve marketing efficiency and scalability. • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM and automation platforms. • Build reporting systems and dashboards to track KPIs and marketing performance. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, and strategic partners. • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources based on business impact and ROI.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven success building B2B demand generation programs that generated measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience leading marketing strategy within SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing workflows and automation.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue-focused initiatives.
  • Advanced experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling abilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
