Job Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven success building B2B demand generation programs that generated measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Experience leading marketing strategy within SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing workflows and automation.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue-focused initiatives.
- Advanced experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling abilities.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
