• Develop and deliver a proactive communications and marketing strategy that strengthens H-Power’s reputation, supports commercial growth and market expansion, and ensures effective audience engagement. • Lead investor and internal communications, manage external agency relationships, and optimise budgets and resources to maximise impact and ROI. • Act as brand guardian and advise the CEO and leadership team on messaging, reputation and stakeholder engagement. • Provide strategic oversight while delivering campaigns, content and communications materials. • Lead internal communications, organisational updates, change programmes and crisis response. • Partner with HR and Operations to ensure timely, transparent employee communications. • Own external messaging and proactive storytelling across media, industry bodies and partners. • Produce press releases, statements, briefing materials and thought leadership content. • Manage media relations, spokesperson activity, issues management and crisis communications. • Support pipeline growth and customer engagement through aligned communications and campaigns. • Use customer insight and market intelligence to shape messaging. • Lead shareholder and investor communications, including financial calendar and reporting activity. • Lead digital strategy across paid, owned and earned channels. • Oversee SEO, social media, content, analytics and performance marketing. • Manage website content and CMS activity. • Deliver measurable campaigns and manage the communications and marketing budget. • Lead content development across digital, print and video channels. • Maintain brand consistency and oversee creative direction for campaigns and corporate materials. • Build relationships with government, regulators and industry bodies. • Monitor policy developments and advise on risks and opportunities. • Represent the organisation at external events and industry forums. • Manage PR, digital, creative and investor relations agencies. Ensure delivery against objectives and budgets. • Support the future growth of the function, including additional resource.
Job Requirements
- Proven senior-level communications and marketing leadership experience with the ability to influence executive and board stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience partnering with Sales and Business Development teams.
- Track record across internal and external communications, PR and reputation management.
- Experience delivering digital marketing strategies and campaigns, with a strong understanding of SEO, paid media, analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience producing press materials, managing media relations and engaging with customers, investors, government and regulatory stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience managing websites and CMS platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Strategic thinker able to simplify complexity into compelling narratives.
