Director of Partnerships

Role Description Sycurio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Partnerships to drive growth through strategic alliances. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing existing partnerships while cultivating new relationships to expand our market reach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in channel sales, with specific expertise in working with VARs and MSPs within the contact center, CCaaS, CRM, and digital payments space. This is an individual contributor role with the potential to grow into a VP-level position. - Develop and execute a pragmatic NA, UK, EMEA partnership strategy to accelerate growth and market penetration within the secure payment ecosystem. - Identify and onboard new strategic partners, including VARs, system integrators, regional/global distributors, Telcos, CRM providers. - Foster and expand relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth, innovation, and long-term success. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key C-level executives at our partners within CCaaS providers, technology vendors, partner organizations, CRMs, and Telcos. - Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic partners, ensuring timely communication, alignment on business objectives, and successful implementation of joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, delivering measurable individual pipeline and revenue growth. - Lead negotiations, agreements, and contract terms with partners and ensure compliance with all business and legal requirements. Restructure old partner agreements to meet our current GTM strategies and billing requirements. - Build and maintain a partner enablement program to help drive deal creation and assist partners to achieve success within our channel. - Collaborate with key partners and internal sales team to drive new and existing client opportunities. - Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to drive partner-generated revenue and contribute to pipeline development. - Create joint value propositions and GTM plans with partners that align with Sycurio's vision and enhance the product offering. - Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs, and continuously optimize partnerships to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets. - Responsible for self-generated pipeline and quota attainment. - Represent Sycurio at industry events, industry-related digital platforms, conferences, and partner forums to expand the company’s presence in the global secure payments market. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align on product offerings, co-marketing initiatives, messaging, and solutions that meet partner and customer needs. - Provide strategic input and leadership in the development of new product features or updates, leveraging partner insights and feedback. - Act as the internal advocate for the partnership program, ensuring internal stakeholders understand the value and importance of strategic alliances. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in sales and building partner relationships within the technology industry. - Proven track record of success in developing and managing VAR and MSP partnerships. - Extensive experience working with partners focused on the contact center, CCaaS, CRM, and digital payments markets.
