• Identify staff or subcontractor resources to conduct field activities on new projects. • Provide technical direction to field consultants. • Prepare required field use documents such as sampling plans and device placement logs. • Complete technical report reviews, assuring that reports are technically sound, compliant with applicable regulations, standards, and Client requirements. • Be a technical resource and provide training and mentoring to junior staff members. • Maintain all aspects of QAQC programs. • Maintain high level of client contact and communication. • Manage multiple projects. • Deliver outstanding client service with timely responses and proactive solutions. • Participate as a dynamic team player.

• Review and oversee the preparation of business and individual tax returns • Develop proactive tax strategies for clients across a range of industries • Partner with clients to identify planning opportunities and optimize outcomes • Serve as the firm’s go-to resource for all tax-related matters • Support and review work performed by managers and team members • Establish best practices, processes, and standards for tax work • Train and mentor staff on tax concepts, strategy, and execution • Provide ongoing feedback to improve quality and consistency • Build and scale the tax function over time • Contribute to hiring, structure, and long-term tax function growth

• Support client engagement, job set up/tracking, and report delivery processes • Collaborate with Client Managers to maintain and update bidding and job tracking systems • Create and execute engagement letters based on input from Client Managers • Ensure timely collection of client retainers and monitor payment status • Assist with client management and communication with clients • Set up and maintain jobs in BBG Systems (Sessions & Box) • Send information requests to client contacts and coordinate with appraisal teams for responses • Coordinate inspections with client contacts and appraisal teams • Format appraisal reports to BBG standards • Generate client invoices and verify transaction accuracy • Deliver draft and final reports to clients

• A Zoning Project Manager is responsible for conducting due diligence, analyzing and concluding conformance on properties nationwide. • These duties consist of research, requesting, follow-up, document association, reviewing and analyzing municipals codes, writing and concluding Zoning Assessment Reports. • This role requires a deep understanding of managing projects, municipal codes, interactive mapping system, report writing software, multi-tasking, research, organization, prioritizing, clerical and administrative skills.

• Record and code daily transactions (bank, credit card, payroll, other journals) to the correct general ledger accounts and classes based on firm and client coding rules. • Assist with monthly account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, loan, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts. • Prepare and maintain supporting schedules for key balance sheet accounts (prepaids, fixed assets, accrued expenses, deferred revenue, etc.). • Support accounts payable processes: enter vendor bills, verify coding and approvals, maintain vendor records, schedule payments, and help monitor AP aging. • Support accounts receivable processes: create and send invoices, apply customer payments, assist with collections follow‑ups, and help monitor AR aging. • Assist with payroll workflows: gather and validate time or pay data, upload files or entries to payroll systems, post payroll journal entries, and reconcile payroll‑related accounts. • Maintain organized electronic workpapers and documentation for all reconciliations and entries in accordance with firm standards. • Help prepare standardized monthly financial reporting packages for review by senior staff (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow summaries, and selected analytics). • Research and resolve basic variances or data issues under the direction of a Staff Accountant or CAS Manager, documenting findings and resolutions. • Communicate professionally with internal team members (and occasionally clients) via email, chat, and video to clarify transaction details and open items. • Contribute to process improvements by following checklists, suggesting refinements, and documenting repeatable steps in firm SOPs.

• Generate leads and cold call prospective clients to introduce our products and services • High volume of outbound calls to set appointments for the outside sales team, client managers and division leads • Track existing client progress and alert sales team and/or CMs to clients whose revenue has dropped or changed substantially • Collaborate with the sales team, client managers and division leads to develop effective sales strategies and help achieve sales targets • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and working with client managers and sales team to resolve any issues.
