Vogo is headquartered in Dallas and led by a team of travel industry veterans About this Role Vogo is seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer to work across our frontend and backend stack and build the products our travelers use every day. You'll own both user-facing features and the services that power them, from turning design concepts into polished user experiences to building the APIs and backend systems that support them. This is a senior role in practice, not just in title or compensation band. As one of the senior engineers in our Dallas office, you will serve as a technical leader for the team, helping drive release readiness, mentoring engineers, contributing to architecture decisions, and shaping how we build and scale the platform. You will have meaningful influence over both technical direction and engineering culture. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with an ownership mindset and a passion for building high-quality products. Success in this role requires someone who cares equally about the customer experience users see and the performance, reliability, and scalability running underneath. This role reports to the Head of Engineering. It's a full-time hybrid position based in Dallas. • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for transportation corridors, bridge crossings, and drainage systems • Design hydraulic features such as culverts, bridges, storm drain systems, and channel improvements • Develop and apply 1D and 2D hydraulic models (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SRH-2D) • Prepare drainage reports and floodplain documentation (CLOMR/LOMR, No-Rise) • Conduct scour analyses using HEC-18, HEC-20, and HEC-23 guidance • Coordinate with roadway, structural, and environmental teams • Review calculations, plans, and specifications for quality and constructability • Support stormwater planning, feasibility studies, and system evaluations • Prepare technical memos and planning-level reports • Support project execution including scope, schedule, and budget tracking • Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams • Mentor junior engineers and technical staff • Support proposals and business development efforts

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate the condition of the building systems • Provide recommendations for immediate repairs • Use observations and industry standards to determine future building system replacements • Conduct appropriate site reconnaissance, data compilation and organization, and project research (historical, regulatory, etc.) • Technical report authoring and preparation of quality supporting documents (maps, appendices, etc.) • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status is on schedule • Effectively communicate project progress and any issues as they arise to the Project Manager and client • Provide solid recommendations and solutions to the Project Manager and client, while understanding the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction process
