• Regional travel to perform on-site physical building assessments. • Collect and document data using various resources as directed by the program needs, such electronic, web-based or manual writing. • Identify deficiencies, hazards, or non-compliant issues and recommend corrective/remediation actions. • Prepare proprietary reports summarizing findings, including specific required and named photographs and any supporting collected documentation. • Communicate site visit results and compliance issues to key stakeholders. • Understand and follow and adhere to all company safety standards. • Understand, follow and strictly adhere to the company travel policy including submitting timely and accurate expense reports.

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate the condition of the building systems • Provide recommendations for immediate repairs • Use observations and industry standards to determine future building system replacements • Conduct appropriate site reconnaissance, data compilation and organization, and project research (historical, regulatory, etc.) • Technical report authoring and preparation of quality supporting documents (maps, appendices, etc.) • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status is on schedule • Effectively communicate project progress and any issues as they arise to the Project Manager and client • Provide solid recommendations and solutions to the Project Manager and client, while understanding the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction process
