• Team member on projects providing assistance to experienced building envelope consultants • Observe, document, and report construction conformity to project specifications • Perform roofing, waterproofing, and building enclosure field observations • Assist with field investigations and condition assessments • Write summary and technical reports under supervision • Evaluate contractor performance to ensure deliverables and quality standards

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate the condition of the building systems, provide recommendations for immediate repairs, and use observations and industry standards to determine future building system replacements • Conduct appropriate site reconnaissance, data compilation and organization, and project research (historical, regulatory, etc.) • Technical report authoring and preparation of quality supporting documents (maps, appendices, etc.) • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status is on schedule and effectively communicate project progress and any issues as they arise to the Project Manager and client • Provide solid recommendations and solutions to the Project Manager and client, while understanding the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction process • Coordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope.

• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications • Support both front-end and back-end development efforts as needed • Work closely with other developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative problem-solving • Maintain and help modernize existing systems to improve scalability, reliability, and performance • Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements, priorities, and project goals • Apply team best practices for coding, testing, and deployment • Contribute to discussions on engineering approaches, tools, and implementation strategies while continuing to expand technical expertise
