Senior Manager, LSMS, TSS, EMEA

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of Technical Sales Specialists (TSS) across EMEA • Guide business growth and meet revenue targets • Ensure customer satisfaction through innovative solutions and technical expertise • Partner with sales, marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to implement commercial strategies • Develop market opportunities and retain talent • Create a culture of excellence and ensure delivery of exceptional customer value • Use data-driven insights to enhance sales processes and maintain robust forecasting
Job Requirements
- Masters Degree plus 12 years of progressive commercial experience in life sciences, analytical instruments, or related industry
- Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related scientific field
- 3+ years of people management experience leading teams in a matrix environment
- Deep understanding of LSMS scientific workflows, applications, and customer needs in relevant markets
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and guiding business growth
- Strong strategic planning and business acumen with ability to analyse market trends
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales operations processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage at all levels
- Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing successful teams
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships across functions
- Experience implementing commercial strategies and tactical business plans
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Travel up to 50% as required
- Technical expertise in relevant product portfolios and applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and business intelligence tools
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
- Solution-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
