- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written, at a native level

Role Description We are looking for an independent and proactive Digital Ads Coordinator to manage a portfolio of hospitality clients across paid social advertising platforms. This role goes beyond campaign execution—you will be the owner of your assigned client accounts, responsible for: - Developing advertising strategies - Managing client relationships - Creating ad creatives - Analysing campaign performance - Continuously optimising results Once a client has been onboarded by the Sales team, you will become their primary point of contact for all paid advertising activities. You will work closely with Australian hospitality businesses, ensuring every campaign reflects each client's unique brand voice while delivering measurable business outcomes. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with data, can confidently communicate with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple accounts simultaneously. As both a senior functional lead and a hands-on specialist, the role ensures digital activity is data-driven, commercially aligned and responsive to the needs of multiple audiences, including local bus customers, airport express travellers, B2B partners and government stakeholders.
