Role Description We are looking for an independent and proactive Digital Ads Coordinator to manage a portfolio of hospitality clients across paid social advertising platforms. This role goes beyond campaign execution—you will be the owner of your assigned client accounts, responsible for: - Developing advertising strategies - Managing client relationships - Creating ad creatives - Analysing campaign performance - Continuously optimising results Once a client has been onboarded by the Sales team, you will become their primary point of contact for all paid advertising activities. You will work closely with Australian hospitality businesses, ensuring every campaign reflects each client's unique brand voice while delivering measurable business outcomes.
