• Lead the Business Analytics team, composed of internal professionals and external partners. • Act as the primary point of contact between the Data area and business areas. • Understand the needs of client areas, translating business requests into analytical requirements. • Coordinate the development, evolution and governance of dashboards and reports in Power BI. • Ensure deliveries have high visual quality, strong performance and generate actionable insights. • Work in partnership with Data Engineering, Governance, Data Science and Data Literacy teams to ensure integrated solutions. • Prioritize requests, track deliveries and ensure execution within deadlines. • Manage people, support team development and oversee suppliers and consultancies. • Promote a collaborative culture, strengthening the relationship between technology and business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Data, Analytics, Management, Technology or related areas will be considered a plus.
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics or Analytics.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Proficiency in Power BI (mandatory).
- Experience building and evolving executive dashboards and business KPIs.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage with business areas.
- Consultative, collaborative profile with a problem-solving orientation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead negotiations.
- Advanced English, with the ability to participate in meetings, presentations and frequent interactions with global teams.

Role Description The Strategic Initiatives Business Analyst will be responsible for effectively analyzing clinical and systematic workflows to support strategic initiative implementation throughout the East Coast region of RadNet. The position is responsible for reviewing and analyzing the structure, organization, and coordination in leading teams/staff to achieve our overall business objectives. The Strategic Initiatives Business Analyst is also responsible for providing the data reasoning needed to support best practices within the clinical operations arena to ensure extraordinary and consistent results before, during, and after implementation. This position requires a diverse working knowledge of imaging center operations and an in-depth understanding of our internal/external data systems. - Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and decision-making to achieve objectives. - Ability to share information effectively and provide appropriate direction, consultation, and recommendations to leadership. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to provide interpretation of value-added reports which support business decision-making, provide business intelligence, and suggestions to improve cost/process effectiveness. - Work with and maintain internal and external databases for operational metrics to track and analyze key business indicators relative to our business needs. - Must be timely and efficient to achieve/support accurate completion of projects/initiatives. Qualifications - Minimum of two years experience with RadNet operations and knowledge of systems. - Five years prior experience in healthcare with working knowledge of clinical operations. - Bachelor’s degree required.
