• Serve as a strategic business partner for Europe & New Markets Commercial and Medical Affairs Field Leadership teams • Build and manage the vision and roadmap of Field Insights solution across regions • Engage and partner with local stakeholders to build and execute on the plan • Collaborate with Regional Leadership team members and Analytics functions • Oversee Reporting operations and ensure highest standards of data quality for business insights • Lead resource allocation and prioritization • Monitor ongoing utilization of Field Tools and solicit feedback
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in Science/Engineering/Information Management or related field
- 10+ years of relevant Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience, or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong data knowledge with pharmaceutical business knowledge and technical aptitude to define and advance commercial solutions
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills and presentation and project management skills
- Ability to coordinate needs assessments across the commercial organization
