Role Description As the Warrant Recovery Team Leader, you will lead a team responsible for the effective recovery of outstanding balances from our credit customers. You will oversee the end-to-end management of pre-disconnection visits (PDV’s) and in some cases applying to third party partners for a warrant, to ensure we can install a prepayment meter in the customers property to recover outstanding debt.
