Role Description We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Telecaller to join our AstroLokal team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, onboard, and support astrologers onto the AstroLokal platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build relationships with potential astrologers. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to astrologers and astrology practitioners to introduce AstroLokal and its services. - Explain platform benefits, earning opportunities, and onboarding processes. - Convert interested astrologers into active platform partners. - Guide astrologers through registration, profile creation, verification, and onboarding procedures. - Follow up with leads generated through sourcing and marketing campaigns. - Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarding status in CRM systems. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets. - Resolve basic queries and provide support throughout the onboarding journey. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth activation of astrologer profiles. - Monitor onboarding quality and ensure compliance with platform guidelines. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Proven experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, or Onboarding roles. - Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu & English. - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Comfortable handling objections and follow-ups. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and computer operations. - Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. - Prior experience in astrology, consultation platforms, creator onboarding, or service partner acquisition will be an added advantage. Role Description As an Academic and Finance Counselor (AFC) at National University, you’ll be both a guide and a problem solver, helping students balance their academic goals and financial plans with confidence. You’ll provide personalized advising, interpret policies, and connect students to the right resources to help them thrive.
