Role Description We are looking for a senior Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer who can create polished, performance-driven visual content for digital marketing, paid social, organic social, and brand campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who can move quickly, manage multiple client projects, and take creative direction from brief to final delivery with minimal hand-holding. - Create static, animated, and motion-based assets for social media, paid ads, digital campaigns, and other marketing needs. - Edit short-form videos for platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels. - Develop motion graphics, transitions, typography animations, product visuals, and branded video elements. - Translate creative briefs, client direction, and campaign goals into engaging visual content. - Ensure all final assets meet brand guidelines, platform requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards. - Work with creative, performance marketing, paid social, branding, and account teams to support campaign execution. - Manage several active projects at once while staying organized, responsive, and deadline-focused. - Maintain consistency in visual style, storytelling, pacing, audio, and overall creative quality. - Take ownership of assigned projects from concept or brief through final edits and delivery. - Adapt quickly to feedback and make revisions efficiently. - Support additional design, video, animation, or production-related tasks as needed. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, design, or digital production. - Strong portfolio showing video editing, motion graphics, digital ads, social content, and branded creative work. - Hands-on experience creating performance-focused creative, especially paid social or ad content. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Experience with video editing, audio editing, motion design, and asset formatting for multiple platforms. - Solid understanding of design principles, pacing, layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy. - Ability to follow brand guidelines while still bringing fresh creative execution. - Strong attention to detail across visuals, grammar, file naming, formatting, and final exports. - Comfortable working independently and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. - Able to work in a fast-paced agency or multi-client environment. Requirements - Experience with 2D or 3D animation tools. - Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Audition. - Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools for video, design, editing, or asset generation. - Experience creating templates, reusable design systems, or modular ad creative. - Background in performance creative, paid social, ecommerce, direct-response advertising, or agency work. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient creative producer who understands both design quality and marketing performance. They should be able to edit clean, engaging videos, create strong motion graphics, manage deadlines, communicate clearly, and move between different client brands without losing consistency or quality.
