**The Role** The Marketing Assistant is the operational engine behind Inflection Club's content marketing and community touchpoints. You will support day-to-day execution across our podcast, YouTube channel, email campaigns, and social media presence - ensuring that every piece of content goes out correctly, every campaign is tracked, and every audience interaction is handled with professionalism. This is not a creative director role. We need someone who executes with precision, spots gaps before they become problems, and keeps the content machine moving without needing to be chased. You will work closely with the broader operations team to support a community of high-calibre investors. **What You'll Own** 1. Podcast & YouTube Support - Coordinate podcast episode logistics - scheduling, show notes formatting, and upload preparation. - Support the YouTube content pipeline: description copy, thumbnail coordination, tagging, scheduling, and basic channel management. - Monitor comments across podcast and YouTube platforms; engage positively, delete or hide abusive content, and flag anything requiring escalation. - Track episode performance metrics and populate weekly reporting sheets. 2. Email Marketing Execution - Own the end-to-end production of external and internal newsletters- from writing the copy and designing the layout to scheduling and sending. - Write original content for our investor-facing newsletter: deal spotlights, market commentary, event previews, and community updates - in Inflection Club's voice and to a high editorial standard. - Manage the full email campaign calendar: newsletters, deal announcements, event invites, and re-engagement sequences - planned, written, designed, and sent on schedule. - Adapt tone and content for different audience segments - prospects, active members, and the internal team - without losing the Inflection Club brand voice. - Maintain email list hygiene: segment management, unsubscribes, bounces, and tagging. - Track open rates, click-throughs, and other key metrics; update tracking sheets and flag anomalies. 3. Social Media & Community Management - Post content to our Facebook Group (3x/week) and monitor comments and engagement. - Monitor LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X for unusual activity, spam, or abusive behaviour - and respond or escalate appropriately. - Monitor comments under paid social ads; message interested prospects, and delete or hide negative or spam content. - Hand off engaged group members to the appointment setter team where relevant. 4. Marketing Operations & Admin - Fill out daily and weekly campaign tracking sheets to monitor performance and surface trends. - Format content for internal and external communication - emails, presentations, and reports. - Assist with preparation for meetings, including taking minutes and distributing notes. - Share access to relevant Notion pages and Google Drive folders as directed. - Complete subscription purchases for marketing tools and services. - Research miscellaneous requests across various topics quickly and accurately.
Role Description The Content Engineer owns the system that automates brief creation at AirOps, allowing writers to submit keywords and receive structured briefs for quick editorial review. - Design and maintain AirOps content workflows across all content types. - Create and configure brand kits during client onboarding; maintain the workflow that keeps them synced when editors update writer’s guides. - Assess workflow output quality at the structural level: research approach, methodology alignment, brief readiness for editorial review. - Update workflows as Foundation’s strategy evolves — new formats, methodology changes, template updates. - Onboard new clients as the pilot expands. - Troubleshoot workflow issues; escalate to AirOps support when needed. - Expand Foundation’s use of AirOps by experimenting with new capabilities and piloting them into production. Qualifications - Systems thinking — breaks content processes into logical steps, spots where they break down. - AI fluency — comfortable with AI tools, prompt logic, and automation platforms. - Content knowledge — understands how different content types work; familiarity with AI visibility and GEO is a strong asset. - Attention to detail — small prompt changes have meaningful downstream effects. - Self-directed — finds what’s not working and fixes it. - Collaborative — aligns before moving forward on experiments or changes. Requirements - Experience with AirOps or similar tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) is nice to have. - Background in content operations, strategy, editorial, or content creation — the more content knowledge, the better. - Familiarity with SEO, B2B content marketing, or AI visibility is a plus. What Success Looks Like at 90 Days - Runs briefs end-to-end for any active client without support. - Has shipped at least one workflow improvement. - Editors spend 15 minutes or less on brief review. - Ready to onboard the next client independently.
