Qualifications - Minimum 10 years of combined experience across construction, project management, property development, quantity surveying, or related disciplines. - Demonstrable experience managing projects within the property development sector. - Strong understanding of the complete development lifecycle, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases. - Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Comfortable operating within a small business environment where flexibility and initiative are highly valued.
