• Responsible for project management of development programs & coordination with various stakeholders including dedication to Amcor’ sustainability agenda • New Product Development project from idea to launch industrialization in Amcor and at the customer, including project costs management and trial cost budget, in coordination with the Cross Functional team • Management of the project portfolio in the Innovation Management System • Responsible for Improvement and Maintenance projects on existing products in coordination with Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Amcor Flexibles plants • Close cooperation with raw material suppliers and packaging machine manufacturers

• Design and manage Finland projects from India (Gurgaon) • Liaise with virtual teams across the country and in Finland • Lead buildings projects with multiple typologies from concept to detailed design stage • Simplify complex structural engineering problems for the team • Participate in discussions on technical topics related to structural engineering • Collaborate in growing the design team within the structures department

• Take a leading role in the design, development, enhancement, and support of cloud-based applications, APIs, and backend services that enable audience onboarding, audience management, taxonomy management, and activation workflows • Build expertise in existing products and systems, contribute to their ongoing reliability and evolution, and help deliver new capabilities that improve scalability, usability, and operational effectiveness • Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions while contributing to technical design, implementation, operational excellence, and mentoring of other engineers • Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based applications, APIs, backend services, and user-facing applications that support audience onboarding, audience management, taxonomy management, and activation workflows • Develop expertise in existing products, services, workflows, and business processes; contribute to their ongoing support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement while ensuring reliability and business continuity • Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and implementation planning by evaluating tradeoffs, proposing solutions, and helping ensure systems are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives • Design, implement, and support integrations between internal systems, databases, cloud services, and third-party platforms using APIs, data pipelines, and service-based architectures • Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and continuous improvement activities to ensure production systems remain reliable, observable, and performant • Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, align technical solutions with business goals, perform peer reviews, and provide guidance to other team members

• Build and ship iOS features using Swift. • Create clean mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and financial services. • Work with product and design to simplify complex user journeys. • Integrate backend APIs and ensure mobile flows are stable and reliable. • Improve performance, crash rate, loading states, responsiveness, memory usage and battery efficiency. • Use analytics, user behavior and production issues to improve the product. • Build AI-assisted mobile experiences only where they genuinely improve the user journey.
