Role Description We are looking for a Zoho Automation Engineer to serve as the architect of our digital workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex business requirements into seamless, automated processes that drive efficiency across the entire organization. You will not just be managing a CRM; you will be building the engine that powers our operational growth and ensures our team stays ahead of the curve through cutting-edge technical solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Zoho One suite, with a primary focus on Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, and Projects. - Write custom functions using Deluge script to automate complex business logic and data processing. - Build and maintain robust integrations between Zoho and third-party applications via APIs and Webhooks. - Optimize system architecture to improve data integrity, user experience, and reporting accuracy. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert-level support for internal stakeholders. - Audit existing workflows and identify opportunities for further automation or process improvement. Role Description Driftrock is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to take ownership of the infrastructure and security that let our engineering teams ship fast, safely and at scale as more of the world's biggest car brands come on board. Driftrock runs entirely on Google Cloud, and our product is growing quickly as more clients trust us with their marketing. As we scale, we're investing in a dedicated owner for our platform and security, so our engineering squads can keep shipping fast with strong foundations under them. You'll define how we run, secure and evolve our platform, and build the tooling and secure defaults that let our product squads ship confidently without reinventing infrastructure every time. As Driftrock and our engineering org grow, this function is expected to grow too, and there's real room for the right person to shape it and eventually lead a small platform team. Our platform is made of multiple Elixir services that talk to each other over APIs and RabbitMQ, store data in PostgreSQL and Redis, and run on Kubernetes (GKE) on Google Cloud. Message Queue Engineer Location: Wayne, Pennsylvania (Partial Remote) Job Description: Job#: 3035990 MQ Engineer Role Overview We are seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate a mission-critical, distributed MQ platform. This role blends strategic engineering with hands-on incident response, focusing on the stability of the current on-premise environment while contributing to the long-term cloud modernization strategy. You will take ownership of the IBM MQ platform, which supports major internal systems and external B2B integrations in a high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities - Take ownership of the IBM MQ platform running on Linux, supporting internal messaging systems and external B2B integrations. - Perform troubleshooting and lead major incident response for a mission-critical enterprise platform. - Design, implement, and deploy platforms to support and meet business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement. - Contribute to the lifecycle and roadmap planning for the MQ platform. - Support the current on-premise, distributed MQ on Linux while helping build a future-state AWS-based MQ environment. - Participate in the shift toward Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated deployments as part of a multi-year roadmap. - Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications Education: An undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience is required. Experience: A minimum of five years of related work experience is required, including deep expertise in IBM MQ. Experience must include supporting mission-critical enterprise platforms and strong troubleshooting and incident response skills. Technical Skills: - 5+ years of experience supporting IBM MQ v9+ on Linux server and virtualization platforms. - Strong Linux systems experience. - Basic experience with automation tools such as Terraform or similar. - Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) fundamentals. - Familiarity with industry security principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications - Platform modernization experience. - Experience in high-availability financial or enterprise environments. - Broader IaC and automation exposure. Work Environment This position requires candidates to be based in a hub location with an on-site presence three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
