The Data Governance Standards, Policies & Training Expert plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining a robust data governance framework. What you will bring - 3-5 years of experience in data governance, data management, business analysis, or a related role within a complex organizational environment. - Proven experience in developing and documenting data standards, policies, or procedures. - Demonstrated experience in creating and promoting training programs or instructional materials. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a attention to detail. - Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
