• Own client onboarding end to end. • Take new clients from signed contract to live AI agent, managing the full technical implementation lifecycle with clear timelines and accountability. • Integrate client systems. • Connect CRMs, lead sources, inventory feeds, websites, and third-party platforms to Lahzo's infrastructure — including legacy systems with incomplete or inconsistent data. • Configure and tune AI agents. • Set up each client's AI agent with accurate business context, communication style, product knowledge, and behavioral parameters. • Understand how prompt and configuration changes affect downstream AI behavior before they reach production. • Translate business needs into technical setup. • Work directly with account managers and clients to understand their business, and turn that understanding into agent configurations that perform. • Debug across layers. • When something isn't working, you trace it through the full stack — integration, data, prompt, and agent behavior — until it's resolved. • Reduce onboarding time. • Identify patterns across implementations and work with the team to standardize, document, and accelerate the onboarding process over time. • Document what you build.
• Own the product vision. • Develop and steward a clear, compelling 18-24 month product point of view, not a roadmap. • Work directly with founders to hold the product's direction and make the hard calls on sequencing. • Shape the narrative. • Identify what's working and what's soft. • Translate between worlds. • Pressure-test priorities. • Build shared understanding.
• ETL pipeline development — Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines that move data reliably from source into the warehouse. Own the infrastructure end-to-end. • Data transformation and table logic — Build and maintain transformation models — client-specific and shared. Handle schema changes, new table configurations, and the ongoing queue of transformation requests. • Data quality and anomaly detection — Own data quality monitoring end-to-end: setup, threshold tuning, alert triage, and fixes. Extend coverage through assertions and automated alerting. Turn reactive monitoring into proactive coverage. • Client onboarding infrastructure — Every new Lahzo client gets a dedicated cloud project, service accounts, permissions, and registered data pipelines. You own this process from infrastructure provisioning to first clean pipeline run. • Pipeline reliability and debugging — Understand the full data flow from raw event ingestion through final reporting tables. Debug issues across the stack end-to-end. • Ad hoc data requests — First responder for data requests from internal teams — confirming requirements, making schema or pipeline changes, and keeping the queue clear so the team stays focused on higher-leverage work.
• Design and implement robust, scalable systems across our entire tech stack • Develop server-side logic, design and manage databases, create responsive front-end interfaces • Architect solutions using TypeScript, working with SQL, MongoDB, and Redis databases • Mentor other developers to foster a culture of code quality and best practices • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to create robust, novel experiences • Contribute to team direction with strategic thinking and a passion for continuous learning
• Troubleshoot AI agent conversations by reviewing conversations and diagnosing issues • Write and refine prompts that guide AI agents to deliver accurate responses • Test and iterate on solutions, experimenting with different prompt structures • Analyze conversation patterns to identify common failure modes • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement fixes
• Manage and update client-specific prompt configurations, ensuring AI agents have accurate, current context about each client's business, offerings, and communication style • Apply prompt engineering best practices to tune agent behavior—understanding the downstream effects of changes and validating outcomes before they reach clients • Implement small, targeted code updates based on client requests, working within existing systems rather than building net-new features • See client problems through from first report to confirmed resolution—digging into conversation logs, prompt configurations, and code until the root cause is found and fixed • Maintain a deep understanding of the configuration levers available within Lahzo's platform and know when and how to apply each one • Collaborate with internal teams to triage, prioritize, and resolve client-reported issues in a timely and thorough manner • Document changes, configurations, and known behaviors to build institutional knowledge across the team

We serve clients across specialty dealerships (RV, marine, powersports, agriculture), elective healthcare, and potentially new verticals — industries where demand generation and speed-to-lead drive revenue in online to offline environments. The Opportunity This is a foundational hire. You will own the “Ad” in Lahzo’s Ad → Agent → Attribution model. You are the marketing leader responsible for the demand generation and advertising strategy that drives results for our clients — the programmatic campaigns, the CTV buys, the targeting, the media strategy, and the performance optimization that feeds high-intent prospects into our AI Sales Agents. You report directly to the CEO. You’ll lead and build the team that designs, executes, and optimizes client advertising programs. You’ll be the thought leader who sets the standard for how Lahzo generates demand — and the operator who proves it works. This is not a brand-only or strategy-only role. You are an operator first and a strategist second. You own the outcomes. What You’ll Own 1. Client Demand Generation (Owner) You own the advertising and demand gen strategy that drives results for Lahzo’s clients. This is the core of the role. - Design and execute multi-channel advertising programs across programmatic display, CTV, paid search, and emerging channels - Build targeting strategies that find high-intent buyers — not just clicks, but households and individuals with real purchase intent - Optimize media mix, creative strategy, and sequencing to maximize lead volume and quality for each client - Ensure campaigns are architected to feed Lahzo’s AI Sales Agents with the right prospects at the right time - Define and track client KPIs from first impression through AI agent conversation through closed sale - Develop repeatable playbooks by vertical — what works for RV dealerships vs. elective healthcare vs. marine vs. powersports - Stay ahead of platform changes, new channels, and competitive tactics that affect client performance 2. Team Leadership & Client Marketing Excellence You build and lead the marketing team that executes across Lahzo’s client base. You set the ceiling on how campaigns are run. - Manage, develop, and scale Lahzo’s marketing team — you define the org chart as we grow - Bring activation ideas, channel strategy, and campaign concepts to client accounts - Advise on media mix decisions across traditional, display, CTV, and agent-driven channels - Translate winning strategies from one client vertical into frameworks that scale across others - Partner with Account, Sales, Product, and Data teams to drive client outcomes - Elevate the sophistication of client marketing without adding complexity - Mentor and influence across teams, including people who don’t report directly to you 3. Performance, Attribution & Optimization This role is grounded in measurable impact. You close the loop between advertising spend and revenue. - Analyze campaign and funnel performance across channels and clients - Use Lahzo’s attribution modeling to understand what actually drives outcomes — not last-touch guesses - Partner with Conversation Review to apply patterns from AI agent conversations to targeting and messaging - Optimize channel mix, creative, and sequencing based on real behavioral data - Evangelize attribution-first thinking to clients and internal teams - Use Lahzo’s own platform as a test lab — prove what works, then scale it across client programs 4. AI-First Experimentation & Innovation Lahzo’s advertising engine is an AI incubator. You push the boundaries of what’s possible. - Use AI tools to move faster and smarter across campaign strategy, creative, and optimization - Test new acquisition channels, ad formats, and targeting tactics continuously - Explore automation opportunities across campaign management workflows - Grow the team’s capabilities and fluency with AI-powered marketing tools - Stay ahead of what is and isn’t working in modern demand generation Who You Are Required - 10+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or digital advertising - Deep, hands-on experience with programmatic advertising, paid media buying, and campaign optimization - Track record managing meaningful advertising budgets ($1M+ annually) with clear ROI accountability - Experience building and leading high-performance marketing or media teams - Strong command of attribution modeling, funnel analytics, and conversion optimization - Experience designing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes (leads, sales, revenue) - Builder mindset — you’ve built advertising programs or teams from scratch and can point to the results - Comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and a hands-on executor Preferred - Background in ad tech, programmatic platforms, CTV advertising, or performance marketing agencies - Experience with AI-powered marketing or advertising tools - Familiarity with conversational AI, chatbots, or automated sales engagement platforms - Track record at a high-growth startup or scale-up where you built the function - Exposure to industries like healthcare, specialty equipment, or services — but we value breadth of thinking over narrow vertical experience What Sets You Apart - You think in systems — how ads, targeting, agents, and attribution connect to drive revenue - You’re deeply curious about why campaigns work, not just what to run next - You can simplify complex advertising strategies for any audience — clients, internal teams, or investors - You have a high ownership mentality — you see problems in campaign performance and fix them without being asked - You’re passionate about AI-driven advertising and want to help define a new category Why This Role Matters You are the engine behind every dollar of client performance.
