• Own the systems our revenue runs on including Salesforce, quotes, sales orders, and reporting • Generate accurate quotes and sales orders in collaboration with Sales leads • Ensure accuracy of pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce • Administer Salesforce and support users, manage fields and reports • Produce unified reporting incorporating various data inputs • Build and improve AI-assisted workflows to replace manual processes

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration at a commercial SaaS company
  • 2+ years hands-on administering a modern CRM (Salesforce or comparable)
  • Demonstrated AI fluency in embedding LLMs or automation tools into workflows
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Understanding of order-to-cash processes
  • Adaptable to a dynamic environment
