Logistics Project Coordinator

Role Description This role is responsible for the successful execution of complex logistical shipments, ensuring all customer and SLA requirements are met. You will act as a central point of contact, collaborating with various internal and external partners to manage carrier performance, provide regular updates, and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction. The position requires meticulous oversight of shipment movements and proactive problem-solving to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and track large, complex projects to meet SLAs. - Manage carrier relationships and identify high-quality providers. - Prepare and present weekly project status reports to management. - Develop freight pricing matrices and manage project budgets for transportation costs. - Interpret tariff requirements and proactively resolve project-related issues. Qualifications - Ability to thoroughly interpret complex carrier tariffs. - Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Experience in the logistics and supply chain domain is required, with a preference for a background in freight management and proposal analysis.
