Qualifications - 2 - 4 years of HR Shared Services, HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, or Employee Relations experience. - Advanced experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR technology platforms. - Experience handling escalated employee cases and complex HR transactions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience conducting root cause analysis. - Demonstrated ability to interpret HR policies and procedures while exercising sound judgment. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills. - Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and system implementations. Requirements - Receive, triage and resolve complex inquiries received from employees through our case management system ServiceNow. - Utilize different HR systems such as ServiceNow and Workday to answer employee questions. - Handle escalated Tier 1 cases such as payroll discrepancies, training, and HRIS issues, partnering across functions to drive timely resolution. - Analyze case trends and root causes to reduce repeat issues. - Make recommendations for process improvements and implement enhancements. - Document processes, update and maintain knowledge articles to enhance service delivery. - Support system upgrades for HR systems, enhancements, and implementation activities, including testing and SOP documentation. - Troubleshoot and escalate technical HR issues from the HR Service Center in collaboration with IT and HRIS. - Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs), productivity standards, and quality metrics while ensuring timely and accurate resolution of HR inquiries and transactions. - Process, enter and approve transactions in Workday, maintaining accurate data entry (hire date, location & address changes, legal names changes, etc.). - Support data validation, and ongoing data integrity efforts to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Contribute to improving HR Services, processes and procedures to streamline and increase customer experience. - Educate team members of HR Shared Services on the tools available to them and encourage self-service tools such as Support Hub and Workday. - Demonstrate customer obsession and exceptional customer service with team members (First Contact Resolution focused). - Adhere and enforce policies to ensure compliance with Sunbelt Rentals internal policies and procedures. Role Description We're seeking a National Strategic Account Manager to support strategic accounts in the Pacific Northwest. Successful candidate will be required to reside or be willing to relocate to an approved major market on the west coast within 4-6 weeks of receiving an offer. This position is eligible for relocation assistance if applicable. As a National Strategic Account Manager, you will: - Increase the number of business affiliates of members of Sunbelt's Strategic Account Program who conduct business with Sunbelt on a regular and increasing basis. - Provide consistent communication to the Key Account Group to build enthusiasm and acceptance of this program at both the field level and senior management level. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate sales calls with local Sales Reps on Strategic Account affiliates. - Develop relationships with the targeted Strategic Account offices within their assigned territory with the goal of becoming the first call with these customers. - Identify other regional or national companies within their assigned territory, beyond the existing Strategic Accounts, where a concentrated focus would result in rental revenue gains in excess of $100,000 per year. - Limit to 6 targeted customers for compensation purposes, fitting one of the three requirements for inclusion in the Strategic Account Program. - Develop a list of Sales Reps assigned to each Strategic Account affiliate and follow-up with them every 2 weeks to track progress and assess effectiveness of marketing effort. - Provide detailed travel schedule (4 weeks out) updated every 2 weeks. - Attend national and regional trade shows as necessary. - Keep TM's and VP's apprised of daily activities (TM's) and weekly activities (VP's). - Identify major problems/issues at the Sales Rep level which can be addressed via training or action at the TM level. - Improve communications to Sales Reps and Rental Managers regarding products, services, pricing, and customer specific information. - Perform other duties assigned by the manager. Qualifications - High School Diploma + 10 years’ work experience or College degree and 6+ years’ work experience. - 6-8+ years in Outside Sales or Sale Management role with documented successful territory management showing consistent revenue growth. - Previous job related overnight travel required. - Comfortable cold calling on new accounts. - Basic Microsoft Office and Wynne RentalMan (a plus but not required). - Teamwork skills. - Comfortable calling on jobsites and corporate office. - Ability to incorporate the Specialty Businesses into their presentations and product offerings. - Specific specialty product training to be provided by the various Sunbelt experts. - 75% to 85% travel time. - This individual will work from their homes so no relocation required, although significant travel will be involved. • Ability to travel 75% of the time with a multi week on/off schedule as business allows • Ability to manage the logistics and service (or coordination of service) of up to 150+ pieces of equipment • May have specialization in either Power HVAC *OR* Heavy Equipment, preferably in the service or operation • Manage multiple types of equipment to ensure proper working condition at the jobsite. This may include Generators, Forklifts, Utility Vehicles, Light Towers • Serve as the primary on-site contact for Sunbelt across multiple LOBs, coordinating labor/service teams as well as streamlined customer interaction • Conduct site visits and advance assessments to ensure readiness and logistical feasibility as needed • Lead on-site safety protocols, including daily JSS/JSA and daily operation meetings • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or logistical issues quickly and efficiently during events • Work closely with Project Supervisors and Coordinators, Operation managers and other field personnel • Maintain accurate event documentation, equipment inventory sheets (QM), and site incident reports • Communicate real-time updates to internal teams and clients, keeping all stakeholders informed • Must be able to professionally communicate directly with customers, including face to face, text, call, email communication.
