• Reporting to the Manager, D365 Advisor, and as a key member of the Microsoft team, the Senior ERP Consultant plays a strategic role in guiding our clients to optimize their logistics processes. • You will lead high-value ERP implementation projects, translating business requirements into practical, high-performance functional solutions. • As a recognized logistics expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), you will leverage your expertise to model, configure, and deploy innovative solutions that ensure operational efficiency and support client growth. • Your contribution will be direct and tangible, from initial analysis through go-live, ensuring technological alignment with strategic objectives.

• Own the design and improvement of analytical tools, planning workflows, dashboards, and system-enabled processes that support demand, supply, inventory, and operations decisions • Build predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models for forecasting, inventory risk, supply constraints, service performance, and exception detection using AI, automation, and self-service solutions to drive decision quality and speed • Perform exploratory analysis, root-cause analysis, data validation, feature development, and performance measurement to support business solutions • Develop scenario and simulation models to quantify tradeoffs across service, cost, inventory, and risk • Translate supply chain and business problems into scalable analytical solutions embedded in processes and systems • Partner with IT, planning, operations, and finance teams to improve data flows, reporting structures, planning system outputs, and analytical tools used throughout our planning processes • Clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, recommendations, and business insights • Improve data quality, metric consistency, and analytical rigor across the planning organization.

• Serve as Performance Management Product Owner, leading development efforts and priorities across two development teams • In partnership with IT and ADS, design, own, and execute a three-year development roadmap for an industry leading performance management reporting ecosystem • Deliver a data acumen development plan resulting in upskilled front-line leaders on how to leverage data to drive new levels of Key Results • Lead/coach cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycles using US Foods’ project or agile methodologies • Establish and maintain leader and stakeholder alignment on supply chain data outcomes, scope, and objectives • Deliver significant decreases in cost of ownership of current reporting ecosystem and increasing development cycle time • Lead internal and external food traceability efforts, improving the safety of food distribution

Role Description As a Senior Supply Planner at Thrive Market, you own the supply chain integrity for a complex category or vendor portfolio — and you're accountable for outcomes, not just execution. You bring the analytical depth to diagnose systemic inventory problems, the vendor credibility to drive supplier accountability, and the cross-functional fluency to influence decisions upstream before they become downstream disruptions. You operate with minimal oversight, lead process improvement that scales beyond your category, and serve as a subject matter resource for planners at earlier career stages. Responsibilities - Own end-to-end replenishment strategy and purchase order execution across a high-volume vendor set, including promotions, seasonal builds, and new product launches — with accountability for inventory turns, in-stock rates, and shrink outcomes. - Lead and monitor in-stock performance: surface OOS risk early, own escalation decisions, and drive resolution through both internal and external channels before member experience is affected. - Own vendor relationships: negotiating corrective action plans, and managing scorecards with a clear point of view on where supplier performance is acceptable versus where it requires structural remediation. - Serve as a strategic cross-functional partner to Category Management, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and FC Operations — bringing supply-side perspective into promotional planning, launch sequencing, and inventory investment decisions. - Lead process improvement initiatives with measurable operational impact: identify systemic inefficiencies, design solutions, and see them through implementation — including active contribution to Thrive Market's planning automation and system modernization roadmap. - Mentor Supply Planners, providing guidance on analytical methods, vendor management, and decision-making frameworks; contribute to team skill development and operational consistency. - Own stakeholder reporting for your category — translating inventory and in-stock data into clear narratives with explicit recommendations, not just summaries. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related analytical field. - 5–8 years of experience in supply planning, replenishment, inventory management, or a closely related analytically driven role, with demonstrated progression in scope and complexity — preferably in retail, e-commerce, or distribution. - Hands-on experience with BI tools (Domo, Snowflake, or equivalent); able to independently design and build reporting infrastructure, not just pull existing reports. - Advanced Excel skills including dynamic modeling, scenario analysis, and multi-variable forecasting; familiarity with planning systems or ERP tools is a strong plus. - Demonstrated ability to own vendor relationships at a senior level — including leading performance conversations, managing escalations, and driving supplier accountability on service level commitments. - Track record of leading process improvement initiatives from identification through implementation, with measurable outcomes. - Strong communicator who can translate complex inventory analysis into executive-ready narratives with clear recommendations — comfortable presenting to senior leadership and representing supply planning in high-stakes cross-functional discussions. - Experience mentoring or developing junior team members, formally or informally. - Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments — particularly as planning systems, data infrastructure, and automation tools continue to develop.
