Role Description The FTP BU Sponsorship and Congress Process and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for compliant execution, process management and administration of requests to support commercial sponsorship and exhibit requests. This role is responsible for the processing, execution and tracking of congress logistics for congresses the US Foundational Therapeutic Platform Business Unit. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced support and project manager professionals with strong organizational skills to leverage their experience but also take on increased responsibilities processing and coordinating conferences and sponsorships. How you will contribute: - 75%: Commercial Sponsorship Activities - Effective partner with cross functional internal and external partners (Sales, Legal and Compliance, Procurement, Finance, Analytics, Agencies of Record) to operationally support sales and marketing efforts of the team. - Execute on current process and lead optimization efforts to effectively support sponsorship and funding requests from external partner organizations. - Provide oversight, guidance, and support to Internal and External stakeholders throughout the process, ensuring compliance with all policies and SOPs. - Key participant in auditing process. Provide high quality documentation and responsiveness to audit requests and follow-on monitoring requirements. - Conduct systematic reviews of transactions to ensure that the required documents are submitted, approvals are completed correctly, exceptions are followed-up on and resolved, and activities are archived. - Continuously monitor for process and system efficiency through operational reporting, direct observation, and feedback to develop enhancements that improve effectiveness and efficiencies associated with processes. - Ensure end-users are properly trained on system functionality and process-related requirements, through delivery of formal hands-on training sessions and serve as an operational subject matter expert to address questions, provide advice and/or recommendations. - 25%: Tier 2-3 HAE Congress Execution Activities - Oversee and manage the planning and execution of regionally based / smaller scale congress logistics. - Support the FTP BU Congress Lead and Professional Engagement Marketer(s) on the development of the annual congress plan. - Assist in the ongoing management of overall annual congress progression and planning. - Ensure adherence with all policies including product theaters where applicable. - Provide support to brand and manager on cross functional coordination, communication, and material shipping. - Provide support to Professional Engagement Marketers to coordinate and schedule HCP engagements at some larger marketing led congresses. - Participate in PRT reviews, attend and contribute to planning of HCP conferences, events, educational content and programs. - Help build trust in Takeda and lasting presence of Takeda in communities through enabling flawless execution of education and support programs. Role Description The Supply Chain Master Data Analyst is responsible for end-to-end ownership of material master data in SAP, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, creation of new material and compliance. This role will lead to the preparation and enablement of the Supply Chain team for the transition to SAP S/4HANA, including recommending best practices in data management. Additionally, the role supports Material Requirements Planning (MRP) parameter configuration and spare parts inventory management to optimize supply chain performance. Salary Range The full pay range for this role is $84,700 - $141,100, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $90,000 to $115,000. Working Conditions 85% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers, phones, and general office equipment. 15% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites. Role Description We are now seeking a Supply Chain Manager – Transitions to lead the planning and execution of complex supply chain transition projects across our global manufacturing network. This role is responsible for ensuring supply continuity, managing project risks, and driving successful execution of product and supplier transitions in line with Eaton’s Aerospace Supplier Transition processes. This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the UK. - Lead major transition projects once approved through gate review, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, and business requirements. - Manage supplier-to-supplier transfers, emergency supplier exits, in-sourcing, out-sourcing, factory moves, and inter-plant product transfers. - Minimise product transition timelines while maintaining supply chain continuity and compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. - Develop and maintain integrated master plans and project schedules using established best-practice project management processes. - Perform critical path analysis, assess schedule impacts, and develop recovery plans to support successful project execution. - Support program and project managers with project reporting and provide data for customer and leadership reviews. - Develop and maintain project scorecards and dashboards to provide visibility of project health, risks, milestones, and corrective actions. - Forecast resource requirements and resolve resource constraints across cross-functional teams. - Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program Management teams to drive project success. - Coach and mentor project team members in project planning and scheduling best practices. - Act as a voting member in Divisional Gate Reviews, ensuring projects meet Eaton’s standard governance and stage-gate requirements. - Support additional business initiatives and departmental activities to ensure reliable, on-time program execution.
