• The Pricing analyst is responsible for implementing pricing strategy, supporting requests for quotations and improve profitability for automotive categories for Mexico customers as well as competitiveness. • Develop, implement, and maintain pricing strategies across product categories to achieve margin, revenue and competitiveness goals. • Analyze market trends, competitive data, cost changes, and customer behaviors to recommend pricing adjustments. • Track pricing models, large customer deals, and major pricing actions post–go-live to ensure they are performing as expected, identifying early variances and recommending corrective actions. • Support customer-specific pricing programs, large account contracts, and bids—including pricing recommendations and scenario modeling. • Review price override requests and partner with Sales to ensure pricing decisions balance competitiveness and margin protection. • Maintain the pricing database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pricing across internal systems. • Work with Finance to model the financial impact of price changes and identify margin improvement opportunities. • Enhance and standardize pricing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Product Management to understand cost changes and inventory dynamics that influence pricing. • Define with the MD the different pricing structures allowing competition at different levels across the Mexican market.
