Responsibilities - Own end-to-end replenishment strategy and purchase order execution across a high-volume vendor set, including promotions, seasonal builds, and new product launches — with accountability for inventory turns, in-stock rates, and shrink outcomes. - Lead and monitor in-stock performance: surface OOS risk early, own escalation decisions, and drive resolution through both internal and external channels before member experience is affected. - Own vendor relationships: negotiating corrective action plans, and managing scorecards with a clear point of view on where supplier performance is acceptable versus where it requires structural remediation. - Serve as a strategic cross-functional partner to Category Management, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and FC Operations — bringing supply-side perspective into promotional planning, launch sequencing, and inventory investment decisions. - Lead process improvement initiatives with measurable operational impact: identify systemic inefficiencies, design solutions, and see them through implementation — including active contribution to Thrive Market's planning automation and system modernization roadmap. - Mentor Supply Planners, providing guidance on analytical methods, vendor management, and decision-making frameworks; contribute to team skill development and operational consistency. - Own stakeholder reporting for your category — translating inventory and in-stock data into clear narratives with explicit recommendations, not just summaries. Role Description The FTP BU Sponsorship and Congress Process and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for compliant execution, process management and administration of requests to support commercial sponsorship and exhibit requests. This role is responsible for the processing, execution and tracking of congress logistics for congresses the US Foundational Therapeutic Platform Business Unit. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced support and project manager professionals with strong organizational skills to leverage their experience but also take on increased responsibilities processing and coordinating conferences and sponsorships. How you will contribute: - 75%: Commercial Sponsorship Activities - Effective partner with cross functional internal and external partners (Sales, Legal and Compliance, Procurement, Finance, Analytics, Agencies of Record) to operationally support sales and marketing efforts of the team. - Execute on current process and lead optimization efforts to effectively support sponsorship and funding requests from external partner organizations. - Provide oversight, guidance, and support to Internal and External stakeholders throughout the process, ensuring compliance with all policies and SOPs. - Key participant in auditing process. Role Description The Supply Chain Master Data Analyst is responsible for end-to-end ownership of material master data in SAP, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, creation of new material and compliance. This role will lead to the preparation and enablement of the Supply Chain team for the transition to SAP S/4HANA, including recommending best practices in data management. Additionally, the role supports Material Requirements Planning (MRP) parameter configuration and spare parts inventory management to optimize supply chain performance. Salary Range The full pay range for this role is $84,700 - $141,100, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $90,000 to $115,000. Working Conditions 85% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers, phones, and general office equipment. 15% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites.
