• Source passive candidates for Loan Officer, Sales Manager, and Branch Manager positions • Utilize text message, video, and digital marketing for recruiting • Develop and maintain networks with Loan Officers and Branch Managers • Conduct interviews and screenings for candidates • Manage recruiting activity and document business plans • Guide candidates through the onboarding process • Advocate for candidates while balancing business priorities
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a recruiter in the mortgage industry
- Proven success cold calling candidates and overcoming objections
- Prior experience in project management
- Expert-level knowledge of mortgage business
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong detail orientation and highly organized
- Proficiency with data entry and CRMs
- Intermediate math skills
