• Compliance: Act as the primary physician of record for Georgia-based aesthetic practices, ensuring all delegation follows the specific Georgia Composite Medical Board rules. • Protocol Approval: Approve and oversee clinical protocols for treatments including botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, IV therapy, and laser services. • Multi-Site Oversight: Supervise and delegate medical procedures to qualified staff (RNs, NPs, aestheticians) across multiple locations in compliance with state laws. • Operational Partnership: Support the Ops team by providing timely signatures and mandatory training certifications to get member supplier accounts active. • Chart Auditing: Log into the EMR to review a randomized 10% of patient charts monthly to ensure documentation standards are met. • Adverse Event (AE) Management: Leverage Fresh’s centralized clinical team as the primary resource for complication management, and provide clinical support or guidance when needed, rather than acting as the sole complication manager. • Clinical Community: Attend ongoing webinars and the monthly USA Doctors’ “Morbidity and Most-Excellent-cases” meeting.

• Conduct safe, ethical real-time telehealth consultations within the Fresh Clinics App, aligned with AHPRA, TGA, and Medical Board of Australia guidelines • Provide holistic assessments across metabolic health (weight management), women’s health, and dermatology (hair loss) • Screen meticulously for red flags, contraindications, medication risks, and psychosocial considerations (including Body Dysmorphia screening where relevant) • Manage sensitive or complex presentations with empathy and clarity • Provide evidence-based counselling and health education tailored to each patient • Prescribe Schedule 4 medicines responsibly in accordance with state-based Poisons legislation and antibiotic/antiviral stewardship principles • Make sound clinical judgements about when to treat, when to pause, and when to escalate to face-to-face care • Ensure prescribing decisions reflect long-term patient wellbeing, not short-term fixes • Provide clear, jargon-free explanations of risks, benefits, alternatives, and lifestyle considerations • Support patients to make informed decisions without pressure or sales influence • Empower patients to take control of their health with compassionate, proactive guidance • Maintain accurate, audit-ready clinical notes aligned with Fresh’s clinical governance framework • Contribute to case reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives • Identify safety trends, program improvements, and clinical insights to help shape Fresh Health’s roadmap
