Scheduling Coordinator

• Follow our routine and procedures • Learn & execute our scripts • Answer inbound and make outbound calls for booking and scheduling appointments • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
Job Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (B2C preferred)
- Proven ability to follow scripts and handle inbound/outbound calls
- Strong customer service background with a focus on quality and consistency
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Own working laptop/PC and noise-cancelling headset
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mindset
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and adaptable to change
