Job Description
Scheduling Coordinator
City & County Healthcare Group
• Support function to enable effective centralised rostering throughout the complex division • Cover outstanding shifts and prioritise emergency requirements • Support the Deputy Scheduling Team Manager and Scheduling Team Manager with all tasks associated with BAU
Job Requirements
- Capable of multi-tasking, working under pressure and to tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills to liaise with Clients and Staff
- Investigation and collating of information is central to the role
- Customer service, call centre or administrative experience
- Experience of rota design or covering rotas within a health and social care setting would be advantageous
