Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or sales leadership
- at least 3 years of direct people management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing strategy or sales teams
- demonstrated success in managing multi-million dollar coverage models and territory governance
- extensive experience presenting complex strategic recommendations to C-level or VP-level executives
