About the Role Accuris is seeking a Deal Management Specialist to support our global Sales organization by ensuring complex sales opportunities are structured accurately, move efficiently through the approval process, and comply with company policies. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Pricing, Order Management, and Customer Success, you'll play a key role in helping sales teams close business faster while maintaining operational excellence and pricing discipline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and partnering across multiple functions to deliver a best-in-class deal management experience. Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from quote creation through approvals and contract execution, ensuring timely and accurate processing. - Review sales opportunities for pricing, policy, and data accuracy within Salesforce to support successful bookings. - Partner with Sales to structure complex deals, interpret pricing policies, and navigate approval requirements. - Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Pricing, Order Management, and Customer Success to resolve issues and keep transactions moving efficiently. - Analyze deal trends, approval metrics, and process performance to recommend improvements that increase deal velocity and operational efficiency. - Support sales enablement by maintaining documentation, educating sales teams on deal processes, and serving as a subject matter expert on deal policies and workflows. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Deal Management, Sales Operations, or Sales Support within a SaaS or subscription-based business. - Experience working in Salesforce CRM. - Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, contract processes, and sales operations. - Fluent English, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions. - Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable driving process improvements independently.
