Role Description Feel Your Soul and Jacob Zander are hiring a Narrative Short-Form Storyteller to turn long-form video (vlogs, brand content) into scroll-stopping short-form stories for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You'll be the editor who finds the story inside raw footage and shapes it into something that performs. What You'll Do - Cut long-form video into multiple short-form variations for A/B testing and performance optimization - Edit in Premiere Pro with strong narrative pacing and structure - Build light motion graphics in After Effects to enhance storytelling - Apply sound design that elevates the emotional pull of each edit - Iterate based on what's performing across platforms Qualifications - Proven experience editing short-form content, ideally in a narrative/storytelling style - Strong command of Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics - A clear understanding of sound design as a storytelling tool, not just polish - Comfortable testing multiple cuts/hooks to find what performs best - Based in the US or South America Compensation & Growth - This role starts as a part-time arrangement (per-video rate) with a path to a full-time retainer position. • Write winning proposals that lead to increased sales. • Portray Fairfax Software and its solutions favorably in proposal responses. • Accountable for all aspects of proposal delivery, including researching, interviewing, writing, editing, design, print, packaging, and delivery. • Work with cross-functional team members including sales, engineering, product management, and professional services. • Develop substantive and persuasive responses to proposal questions within deadlines. • Maintain and update responses to standardized inquiries utilizing RFP database.

• Assist in drafting and updating core narrative chapters for integrated, annual, governance, and committee disclosures • Develop targeted report sections focusing on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria, materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement structures, and risk disclosures • Convert intricate, highly technical operational or financial details into concise, accessible, and reader-friendly business narratives • Edit substantial documents to guarantee flawless grammar, consistent stylistic tone, absolute accuracy across cross-references, and optimal readability • Cross-verify narrative assertions against financial spreadsheets, ensuring alignment between general text disclosures, tables, charts, and data infographics • Collaborate in constructing professional stakeholder interview guides and content templates to streamline data collection pipelines • Gradually absorb and integrate modern corporate reporting guidelines, such as the International Integrated Reporting Framework, GRI, IFRS Sustainability Disclosures, JSE Guidance, and King V principles

Qualifications - Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, or PhD). - 2+ years of experience in a medical communications agency or similar environment. - Strong experience developing scientific content across multiple formats (e.g., slide decks, publications, summaries). - Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive literature searches and synthesize findings. - Proficiency with Microsoft Word®, PowerPoint®, Excel®, Adobe Acrobat®, and reference management tools (e.g., EndNote®). - Experience participating in or supporting MLR review processes.
