Role Description Hey there! We're looking for a part-time SEO Writer to join Athyna's internal content team, focused on global hiring, LATAM hiring, and Athyna Intelligence content. If you're detail oriented, comfortable using AI writing tools without sounding like one, and know your way around SEO and GEO fundamentals, keep reading! - Edit SEO/GEO optimized blog posts and articles for Athyna's blog, covering global hiring, LATAM hiring, and Athyna Intelligence content clusters, following provided outlines and briefs. - Optimize existing blog posts and articles based on briefings. - Draft content aligned with Athyna's voice guidelines and GEO standards, including answer first intros, proper heading hierarchy, and FAQ sections. - Revise drafts based on editorial feedback, including AI pattern cleanup such as removing generic phrasing, filler sentences, and corporate buzzwords. - Source or create images, diagrams, and other visual elements to support content. - Post and format content directly in Webflow. - Contribute to comparison pages, case studies, or landing page copy depending on workload. - Adapt content for other social channels, such as LinkedIn, as needed. Qualifications - SEO content writing experience, ideally with exposure to GEO/AEO (writing content that performs well in AI generated answers and LLM citations, not just classic search rankings). - Comfortable using AI writing tools to support drafting, while knowing how to edit out AI patterns so the final piece reads naturally human. - Strong English, with the ability to write in a natural, non-AI-sounding voice. - Ability to work from detailed outlines and briefs and follow brand voice guidelines closely. - Comfortable with Notion (or similar) for content delivery and collaboration. Requirements - Familiarity with on-page SEO fundamentals: headings, meta descriptions, internal linking, and basic schema concepts. - B2B or HR-tech/recruiting-adjacent writing experience.
