Role Description Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Project Manager for a contract position. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating multiple technology projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. The Project Manager will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support system development, modernization, maintenance, testing, implementation, and ongoing operations for large, complex enterprise applications. This position is fully remote. Candidates must be physically located and authorized to work within the state of Wisconsin. Residency in Wisconsin is required for the duration of the engagement. - Manage and coordinate multiple technology projects throughout the project lifecycle. - Apply Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies as appropriate. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans. - Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project sponsors. - Track project risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and mitigation strategies. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, communication plans, and process documentation. - Support Program Management Office (PMO) activities, including backlog management and project governance processes. - Assist with process improvement initiatives and project management best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and support systems analysis and design activities. - Monitor project progress and help remove obstacles impacting successful delivery. - Support activities related to testing, implementation, system modernization, data conversion, and data management efforts. - Work closely with project sponsors and team members to align project outcomes with business and technical objectives. Qualifications - Application Development and Support Project Management experience across all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) supporting large, complex enterprise systems (such as Health and Human Services, Insurance, Banking, Government, or similar environments). 8+ years preferred. - Experience with system modernization projects. 3+ years preferred. - Experience working with business stakeholders to document requirements, analysis, and design deliverables. 10+ years preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical and business documentation. Requirements - The base range for this contract position is $45.00 - $60.00 per hour, depending on experience. - The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. - Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
