• Coordinate heavily process-oriented projects and smaller projects as needed • Support the Director of Project Management in managing and integrating systems, tracking projects for the Marketing and Communications group • Maintain and support the Quarterly Language Report process and project board • Maintain and support the Scripture Insert process and project board • Project manage smaller projects such as the Quarterly CEO Update video, Year End Tax Letter, Marketing initiatives, and Internal Communications • Maintain the FundraiseUp portal • Troubleshoot issues, work with the Salesforce team on any integration issues, and create and maintain campaign page requests • Project manage new project requests, holding discovery meetings, working with the Director of Project Management for resourcing, and seeing projects to completion • Consistently review processes and new releases of systems to determine efficiencies in workflow

• Serve as collaborative member of the Regional Team. • Manage existing partner relationships. • Manage and report on existing portfolio - with a focus on – On time and on budget for partners, projects, and internships. • Develops new projects and internships with existing partners. • Transition existing projects to next phase. • Identify existing or potential obstacles to project progress and work with Regional Director to resolve. • Interact with field partners and maintain regular communication to encourage and enable on-time completion of project goals and to leverage collaboration. • Maintain current awareness of the remaining needs (Progress.Bible) to determine translation needs within regions served. • Build and maintain strong working relationship with Financial Analyst(s). • Facilitate an environment of cross-functional, intra-organizational, and inter-organizational collaboration and communication. • Represent Seed Company culture to partners & broader Bible translation world.

• Be a leader in the design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of internally developed applications • Mentor junior developers • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to proper development standards • Help improve the current QA automation and testing processes • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design new systems and modify existing ones • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools • Be an integral part of project architecture and systems design • Assist with database and business analytics development as needed

• Perform functions to train and mentor individuals in the assigned area to become translators and translate Scripture into text manuscripts; • Check manuscripts for accuracy, guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies. • Consult with field partners and project management in the planning and development of Bible translation programs • Training and development of the translation team, helping them to achieve and maintain a high quality of translation. • Verify the quality of translation manuscripts and/or recordings/videos before publication and report accordingly. • Development and mentoring of future quality assurance personnel, both for Seed Company and other partner organizations. • Plan, prepare, and participate in translator training workshops and other training activities. • Assist and support translation teams in developing reference materials and other translation helps. • Write reviews, research papers, and reports for review by consultants, translators, and others with an end to the furthering of quality assurance in Bible translation. • Coaching and consulting with Seed Company-supported field partners in the development and oversight of localized quality assurance efforts.
