Senior Application Specialist – Okta, IAM

Stefanini Brasil

• Lead Okta platform implementation and expansion projects in global corporate environments • Design and implement solutions for Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Adaptive Authentication, Lifecycle Management, and Identity Governance • Integrate SaaS applications, on-premises environments, legacy systems, and custom applications with Okta • Define authentication, authorization and access governance policies • Design and automate Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes • Develop automations using APIs, PowerShell, Python and Infrastructure as Code tools • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for IAM-related incidents • Support audits, information security initiatives and compliance efforts • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, ERP and Development teams • Produce technical documentation, architectural standards and operational procedures • Serve as a technical reference, supporting and mentoring team members

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud
  • Implementation and administration of SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Universal Directory and API Access Management
  • Advanced knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM and LDAP
  • Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Zero Trust
  • Experience developing automations using PowerShell, Python and REST APIs
  • Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible or similar
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AWS IAM and Google Cloud IAM
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer/Software Engineering, Information Security or a related field
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Technology Management, Digital Transformation or Business Administration (preferred)
