As the Vice President, People Strategy U.S., you will play a critical and high-impact role in shaping how Omnicell attracts, develops, organizes, and inspires talent to drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence. This is a critical role in the People organization at a time of transformational change for Omnicell, inspired by the Ignite 2030 Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR executive who can think like a strategic business leader, coach for impact and operate like a transformation officer. Reporting directly to David Ford, Chief People Officer, you will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and lead both the U.S. People Strategy function and the People Relations center of expertise. You will be responsible for implementing comprehensive, organization-wide strategic workforce planning approaches that enable Omnicell to meet its most critical objectives. You’ll define, prioritize, and deliver breakthrough initiatives that unlock performance, evolve our culture, and align talent strategy with business strategy. Your leadership will directly influence our ability to scale with speed and intention, foster a future-ready culture, and ensure our people strategy is not just responsive—but strategic, proactive, and business-anchored. This is a mission-critical role at the intersection of people, performance, and business delivery. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership Lead and coach a high-performing team of People Strategists aligned to Omnicell’s business units and senior leaders. Build and standardize an operating model that ensures People Strategists deliver measurable, strategic value. Serve as a senior advisor to the CPO and executive team on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation. Transformation Leadership Implement comprehensive strategic workforce planning agenda to help Omnicell prioritize and execute its most impactful initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence, Finance, Transformation Office, and Business Leadership to drive alignment and execution. Culture and Organizational Effectiveness Lead the evolution of corporate culture to align with strategic goals, embed our Elevate Behaviors, and improve engagement across all levels. Translate business priorities into people strategies that drive accountability, innovation, and agility. Establish KPIs and feedback loops to measure transformation progress and cultural shifts. 90-Day Success Milestones In your first 90 days, you will: Build trusted partnerships with executive leaders and People Strategy team members. Understand the current-state of Ignite 2030 and it’s impact on breakthrough initiatives, org design, and people operations. Deliver a clear roadmap that connects strategic initiatives, support from the People organization, and cultural evolution. Must-Have Qualifications 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or People Strategy leadership role. Proven success leading HR transformation and change management initiatives at the enterprise level. Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders, with strong executive presence. Deep experience in workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, and culture change. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategies to financial and operational outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Business, HR, or related field. Experience in large, complex, matrixed organizations. High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a track record of inclusive leadership. Experience working with transformation offices or enterprise PMOs is a plus. About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Product Director, Total Rewards to lead the evolution of our Reward technology landscape. You are the Product Owner for all systems related to Compensation, Benefits, and Equity.
