Construction Project Manager

• Lead small to medium-scale projects ($250K–$1M) independently from initiation through closeout • Develop project charters, schedules, and work breakdown structures • Procure and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors through competitive bidding • Chair project meetings (kickoffs, weekly OACs, closeouts) • Develop and manage project budgets with real-time cost monitoring • Serve as primary client contact for assigned projects • Maintain organized project files (contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, permits, inspections, closeout documentation) • Participate in structured coaching sessions with senior project managers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in project management, construction management, or owner's representation
  • Proven track record of managing small to medium-scale projects (typically $250K–$1M or multi-trade scopes)
  • Strong financial acumen including budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and project scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% within the account portfolio

The Project Manager will support pre-commercial programs and product lifecycle activities from early development phase through product commercialization. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This position plays a critical role in driving effective communication, aligning internal stakeholders and client expectations, and ensuring successful execution of development and manufacturing programs.
