• Managing translation and copy-editing tasks, ensuring high-quality linguistic deliverables for assigned projects or accounts • Performing copy-edit tasks on assigned projects or accounts • Performing on-demand translation tasks • Performing lead support on assigned projects or accounts • Managing and maintaining the language materials (including glossaries, Style Guides, work instruction) up to the quality standards and up to date as required by the account or project • Managing project-related queries • Ensuring good interaction among team members and resolving questions on terminology and language matters • Testing and qualifying new freelancers and vendors as required • Developing and training of internal linguists and external partners according to the accounts’ and Welocalize’s needs • Interacting with clients on linguistic matters as required • Participating in the development of new and improved working processes • Meet or exceed the KPIs in terms of productivity, on time delivery, quality

• Translate complex financial content between English and your native language with a high degree of accuracy and terminological consistency. • Ensure translations reflect market-specific financial systems, terminology, and formatting conventions. • Apply rigorous quality standards to deliver precise, unambiguous content where accuracy is critical. • Work closely with production and quality teams to meet client requirements and deadlines.

• Review and revise AI/machine translated files in Phrase TMS • Check and edit translated materials across a range of formats • Utilize designated glossaries/style guides/translation memories consistently • Understand the terminology and preferences of both BTS and the client • Flag any scope, timeline or quality concerns proactively • Meet all agreed upon project deadlines • Work closely with the NAM Translation team on projects • Access and share files using Box • Occasional video calls, if needed for large-scale projects

• Review and revise AI/machine translated files in Phrase TMS (translation tool/CAT editor). • Check and edit, or check and provide feedback, on translated materials (outside of Phrase) across a range of formats including assets for both print and digital use. • Utilize designated glossaries/style guides/translation memories consistently across project deliverables. • Understand the terminology and preferences of both BTS and the client. • Flag any scope, timeline or quality concerns proactively. • Meet all agreed upon project deadlines. • Work closely with the NAM Translation team on projects/deliverables. • Access and share files with the team using Box (a cloud-based service).
