Job Requirements

  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Psychologist / PsyD
  • Experienced Mental Health Therapist or Counselor with a passion for helping adults, couples, or teens.
  • 3+ years of mental health counseling experience
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy

Role Description The Care Coordinator is part of our inbound call center team, often serving as the first point of contact for patients. This role is responsible for answering and transferring inbound calls as well as facilitating communication and collaboration between internal and external care teams.
