• As a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for women navigating their reproductive journeys. • This is a part‑time, exempt, salaried position, expected to average approximately 25-29 hours per week (to include 20-21 patient facing hours plus admin time), with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables. • Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments) on weekdays. 21 completed client appointments per week • Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting • Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches) • Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans • Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment • Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests

What we look for at Seven Starling - Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving women’s mental health such as perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause and menopause - Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care - Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication - Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment - Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite - Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare What you'll do - Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting - Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed - Work remotely in a fully flexible, but supportive environment Who you are - Must reside and be fully licensed in the state of Arkansas (AR) - Currently, we can only accept independently licensed mental health therapists who hold an active license as as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, mental health counselor or psychologist - Preference given to candidates who hold multi-state licenses that include at least two of the following, but are not limited to: (AZ, DC, CA, KY, MD, NC, NV, NJ, OH, TN, TX, and/or VA) Arizona, District of Columbia (Washington DC), California, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and/or Virginia - Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in women’s mental health with a focus on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause - Candidates should also have experience working in a telehealth setting and consider themselves tech savvy - A desire to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population while opening up access to care - Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records - Bilingual is a plus! We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PMHNP to join our growing, mission-driven organization focused on providing high quality holistic mental health care to women throughout all reproductive life stages including perinatal to perimenopause. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience working with the perinatal population and some exposure to perimenopause patients. The candidate should also have at least six months of telehealth experience and is committed to having a profound impact on women's mental health as this position is designed for PMHNPs who value high-quality care and want to grow with an early stage startup. What you'll do - Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model. - Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist - This is a 1099 contract, expected to average up to 5-10 hours a week. - Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length - Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices.
