Job Requirements
- BA Degree or HS Diploma with relevant experience
- 6+ years of creative campaigning experience required
- Experience leading creative work in an external advertising agency environment and/or in-house environment (portfolio required)
- Strong conceptual and integrated campaign development skills
- Exceptional creative judgment, storytelling, and presentation abilities
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams
- Experience developing campaign work across multiple channels and formats
- Ability to balance creative ambition, strategic thinking, timelines, and production realities
- Familiarity with creative production workflows and Adobe Creative Suite

Role Description The adjunct faculty members of Colorado Mountain College are here to assist students in their learning process by utilizing all appropriate staff resources, materials, facilities, and educational technologies available which complement the teaching process. The faculty members need to be committed to facilitating learning throughout our communities. Although teaching is the most important role of the faculty, the needs of our learners are also served when faculty are engaged in scholarly endeavors as well as service activities. Colorado Mountain College is an institution offering associate and bachelor’s degrees with a focus on positive classroom experiences and excellent outcomes for all students.
