Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Own the recruitment process end-to-end, from intake meetings through offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring strategies. • Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process. • Coordinate assessments, interviews, and hiring decisions across multiple stakeholders. • Drive offer negotiations and closing efforts to secure top talent. • Maintain a strong focus on hiring A-Players who align with Telos Media's performance standards and culture. • Deliver a professional, engaging, and high-quality candidate experience. • Maintain clear communication and timely feedback throughout every stage of the hiring process. • Represent Telos Media positively and professionally in all candidate interactions. • Build and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates, even when no immediate opportunity exists. • Develop and nurture long-term talent pipelines for recurring and strategic roles. • Create talent maps and maintain active networks across creative and operational functions. • Re-engage passive candidates and previous applicants when relevant opportunities arise. • Maintain accurate ATS records and hiring documentation. • Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. • Continuously optimize workflows to improve hiring speed, quality, and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven experience recruiting within creative industries, digital media companies, videogames, creator-focused organizations, or similar environments.
- Strong track record of successfully hiring high-performing talent across creative and operational functions.
- Experience recruiting for roles such as video editors, scriptwriters, thumbnail designers, 2D and 3D Animators, channel managers, creative strategists, and other creator-economy positions.
- Skilled at conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates beyond resumes.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, referrals, online communities, and alternative talent channels.
- Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality and speed.
- Ability to influence hiring decisions through evidence-based candidate assessment and market insights.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and asynchronous environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for hiring outcomes.
- Experience hiring internationally across multiple regions and time zones is preferred.

• Your mission: the 12-month outcomes • We measure success not by hours at the desk, but by time-to-fill and the quality of deals. • Month 1: You have taken the lead for one account and manage the processes autonomously. • Month 2: "Closing time" — your first independent placement is finalized. • Month 6 (end of probation): You have generated €120,000 in revenue and, through excellent account management, developed 2 new projects/clients from your portfolio. • Month 12: You are at a minimum of €250,000 in annual revenue. You are a rock-solid performer in delivery.
• Own overall engagement scope, schedule, budget, and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams • Serve as the primary point of contact for AWS Professional Services and State of Maryland sponsors • Manage engagement governance, reporting, and executive communications • Maintain and actively manage the program risk register • Oversee change control processes and ensure alignment with approved Levels of Effort (LOE) • Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies, including database conversion and application modernization activities • Identify, escalate, and mitigate delivery risks and blockers • Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making throughout the engagement lifecycle • Ensure delivery milestones, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met
