Role Description The Learning & Development Associate is a position responsible for the administration and coordination of daily activities to support all Learning & Development initiatives, including the company learning management system (LMS). This position works with colleagues in various departments and teams to ensure accurate training records, materials, and resources in the delivery, maintenance, and support of employee learning and development. Responsibilities - Support the management, administration, functionality, and usability of the Learning Management System. - Complete various data-entry workflows to ensure data within the LMS is up to date, accurate, and accessible. - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accuracy of information within the LMS. - Gather, analyze, and assess data within the LMS to generate and publish training reports for compliance purposes and management utilization. - Communicate and distribute reporting to operations leaders related to training data. - Provide support for craft apprentice programs to include all process workflows from applications to tracking and logging of craft hours, analyzing and reporting on stats. - Work with Department of Labor and Veterans Affairs software platforms for registration and maintenance of apprentice records. - Assist the Department Manager and other Learning and Development staff with daily operational needs. - Assist in team review of training content, e-learning courses, and materials as requested. - Assist in testing and deploying new learning technologies. - Assist as needed on team projects. - Other duties as assigned. Specialists are responsible for the internal and external selection and hiring process for a designated region. Role Description The 3D BIM Modeler will work on data center, commercial, industrial, and renewable design projects and be responsible for three-dimensional modeling of facilities. Other associated work may be included, such as: - Field surveying - Design - CAD drafting - Training - Data management - Reporting Will work under the supervision of a Senior Engineer or Project Manager. Role Description The Designer I is fully remote. The candidate will work on gas and power design projects and be responsible for project design, field survey, QA/QC, and client relations. Will work within a team of engineers, designers, and/or technical specialists and apply expertise to solve unique engineering problems. - Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers to deliver the most cost-effective and highest quality infrastructure solutions. - Work with Project Manager for reviews of engineering design packages including drawings, BOM, and procedures. - Perform basic to intermediate engineering calculations and designs. - Perform site surveys documenting existing conditions via GPS and conventional survey methods. - Contribute to and implement design modifications to improve quality of projects and process improvements. - Communicate effectively internally and with external stakeholders. - Travel to various work sites and office locations with occasional overnight stay. - Interface with client’s contractors, answer questions, explain requirements, and facilitate workflow. - Work in a team-oriented environment. - Exhibit excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to change.
