Job Description

Master Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

CI&T

• Work closely with US-based clients to understand their Service Cloud needs and provide strategic guidance on best practices and out-of-the-box solutions. • Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to align with the client's business processes and requirements, integrating AI capabilities where applicable. • Ensure all modifications are thoroughly documented to maintain a comprehensive repository and SOP guides for the sustaining team. • Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce to extend Service Cloud functionality. • Ensure seamless integration between Service Cloud and other Salesforce clouds or external systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve Service Cloud issues, providing timely and effective support. • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and Service Cloud updates to leverage new features and functionalities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices while mentoring junior developers and sharing expertise in advanced Salesforce features. • Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication. • Engage with stakeholders, elicit business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in advanced English, both written and spoken, for effective global communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Development
  • Familiarity with data migration and integration tools
  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex Salesforce projects.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Salesforce and AI certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist)
  • Experience with AI frameworks and tools, particularly in relation to Salesforce implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-driven solutions, including Agentforce, to enhance Salesforce functionalities and drive business innovation.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud)
