• Supporting our clients customers as a first point of contact. • Responsible for answering calls, providing product information, and helping the customer. • Delivering a consistent, elevated customer service experience. • Answering incoming customer calls and assisting with customer registration on our website. • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. • Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information. • Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications. • Field incoming calls from customers seeking to place service calls and supply orders. • Place customer service and supply orders appropriately in IMS / e-Automate system. • Ensure data integrity when placing orders, including confirming customer information.
• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers. • Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances. • Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone. • Maintain performance goals. • Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program.
