IOP/PSC Team Lead

Natera

• Assist with the team's day-to-day operations and ensuring excellence in patient care coordination, phlebotomy services, and administrative operations. • Support daily team management, operational efficiency, and compliance. • Conduct regular quality checks on patient coordination activities, specimen documentation, and communication logs. • Provide daily support to the Phlebotomy Solutions team. • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of phlebotomists across designated locations. • Partner with Field Sales, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to resolve issues and ensure cohesive patient support.

Job Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience is a must. A supervisory or team-lead role within a clinical or laboratory operations setting is strongly preferred.
  • Certifications: phlebotomy certificate required as per state regulations.
