Role Description Are you a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the packaging and label industry? We are seeking a Senior Fellow, Market Strategy to serve as a key subject matter expert and strategic advisor within our Industrial Print division. In this high-impact, executive-level role, you will be the driving force behind the development of business segment strategy, providing creative, innovative solutions to our most complex business challenges. You will report directly to executive leadership (VP/SVP level) and play a vital role in shaping the future of our industrial printing offerings in Canada and Latin America (LATAM). The Sr. Fellow for Production Print is a customer facing role, requiring international travel and will be considered virtual. - Strategic Go-to-Market Leadership: Design and execute effective go-to-market strategies for Industrial Print Products across Canada and LATAM. - Market Insight & Product Strategy: Provide application expertise and market insights into the packaging, label, folding carton, and corrugated container print industries. Lead strategy for emerging new products (such as edale and CPP) that will launch in the next several years. - Sales Enablement & Development: Provide executive-level sales development and support. Create and deliver content, programs, and tools to improve sales and deliver on firm goals. - Transaction Excellence: Direct resources across CUSA Service, Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, and Admin to bring multi-million dollar transactions to successful outcomes. - Strategic Advisory: Advise Country Executives on overall strategies to grow the Production Market and provide high-level knowledge of international transactional requirements to optimize fiscal outcomes. Qualifications - A minimum of 15 years of related professional experience. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required. - Significant travel is required. - Deep industry knowledge in industrial print, with a proven track record of influencing business segment strategy and solving complex business problems at an executive level. Requirements - Anticipated base salary range for this role: $182,990 - $274,040.
