Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university
- 10+ years’ experience in organizational change management, cultural transformation, or organizational effectiveness
- Deep expertise in established change management methodologies (such as PROSCI, Kotter, or ADKAR)
- Proven experience leading both structural and cultural transformation within large, complex organizations
- Track record of fostering cultures grounded in agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement
